Chamberlain LiftMaster flat key type emergency release device for use in a power outage when no other access is available into your garage. Suitable for LiftMaster and other makes of garage door openers.
 
In the case of a power failure you simply unlock the release and pull on the cable which will disengage the drive on your garage door operator allowing it to be operated manually to gain access to your garage door.
